get rid of all my crap

I cleaned out the whole thing except for my wardrobe and half of my office. Sweet Lord, I have very full recycling bins, and a whole trunk fool of goodwill stuff.

Next stop: clear out the wardrobe and the rest of my office, then hit the storage unit like a freight-train hitting a bath-tub full of jello. Its gonna be carnage…for my crap!

I cleaned out my car the other day. There was so much crap hiding in there! But bye-bye crap! You’re gone! Next step, my apartment!

I have an astounding amount of crap and just a few hours’ work is exhausting. I need to undo the packrat in me! Only a few things are really worth keeping and holding on to. So much energy goes into putting these things away and maintaining them. I could really use the free space. Most of the stuff I stash is paperwork I rarely ever glance at. That speaks to its unimportance. This stuff is only ever relevant AT THE MOMENT, so what’s it doing taking up years and square footage of my life? It may, at one point, have served a purpose – in dreaming, planning and remembering. But it’s only as good as it is in motion, the ability of these things to work for us is what makes it a physical asset. So as long as its only taking up space it’s GARBAGE!!!!!!!
