Own Local Cafe For Sale

I’m starting to think I don’t want to sit at a desk doing marketing my whole life. In my 30s, I can do this if I want to. There’s a local cafe for sale that I would love to own. I haven’t looked into yet so I don’t even know what it entails, but am planning on talking to someone and doing research. Any suggestions?
