hire a maid

I contacted the company from which I have a gift certificate to schedule a service for this coming Sunday.

I don’t know why I’ve been putting this off, but I think the reason is that I typically do an adequate amount of cleaning myself anyway and am subconsciously waiting for a time when I am really behind and can truly get my money’s worth (as opposed to a maid coming in and simply doing things I already do daily, causing me to feel like the gift certificate went to waste). It’s like getting your teeth cleaned right after you’ve brushed and flossed for the day. Doesn’t seem all that necessary, does it?

Still, I think it’s time. I don’t want this certificate to sit idly for months and to expire without me realizing it.

For years this has been a “one day” goal – and REGULAR maid service still is, but my husband gave me a gift certificate for a local cleaning service for my birthday last month so I can at least get one or two cleanings out of that for now. It’s a start. :) I just need to get around to finding the date to schedule it for. My shift and days off at work are about to change and at the time I received the certificate I didn’t know what they were changing to (and therefore when to schedule the service for), but now I do so I should get this done asap!

I want to have a maid someday. It’s my dream. I hate cooking, cleaning, and laundry.

I want a clean stress free home for Tony and me to enjoy without spending all of our free time to make it clean.

I’m a slob. I can’t seem to pick up after myself. I need someone to follow me around and pick up everything drop on the floor. Then vacuum, clean, wash the dishes, do the laundry. I’ll do the cooking.

Absolutely so worth it …........ holy hell I recommend!

Ok, I don’t mind cleanng. Really. But I would rather do other things! I just need to make enough money to hire somebody to do the things I would rather not.

I want my prayers to be answered! Please God! Please!!!

The first service I tried didn’t do a very good job. It was supposed to be a deep clean the first time, but didn’t really happen. The second service did a little better, but charged me so much! They were also difficult to schedule the times I needed.

I have paid a friend a few times to do some chores, but I would never employ another maid service.

Phoned my local parish, spoke to the vicar and asked him. Figured he’d reccomend someone trustworthy!
