perform a cleansing ritual

I’ve just started to get a bit more information on the internet about aura cleansing. That’s what I need to do, to clean all the negativity that’s building up around me, and surround myself in shiny clean energy.

I’m looking into using crystals and plants in order to clean the house as well.

The last 5 or 6 days, I’ve been having really really weird dreams.
I usually do have weird dreams, but they’re somehow positive,with a benevolent meaning.
But these dreams I’ve been having,make me really anxious,they even scare me and that’s something that has only happened to me once or twice when I was a kid.Moreover,they are malevolent,powered with tons of negative energy,thus I feel pretty lousy when I wake up,as if I’ve been drained from all my energy.
These dreams are starting to take a toll on me, as I feel spiritually exhausted everyday.
Said dreams are so weird, that they give me the impression that do not come from my subconscious but as if someone else is trying to project these dreams on me.
I thought that if I let ut some of my negative feelings would help, but even though I spent some time yesterday analyzing my feelings, when I went to bed I had again intense weird dreams and when I woke up I had tears in my eyes.
I was wondering if anyone has ever had an experience like mine and what they did to make these re-occuring dreams go away?

a simple,yet effective spell or ritual.
One that doesn’t involve lots of preparation or hard to find objects and ingredients.
Since I do not have the house to myself for many hours a day,I need a ritual that’s not too time consuming.
I haven’t yet found a site online that I trust to take my spells from,it would be great if someone could suggest a site or a spell that’s effective and that they trust and prefer.
Anyone?

I feel that there’s a lot of negativity built up inside of me and around me,like I have no luck or fortune or positive attitude these days,weeks,months.
My aura needs some serious cleansing and my thoughts need to be re-organized and all of the clutter that’s been building up inside my head,needs to be discarded.Now,where do I find an effective “spell” for purification rituals that’s actually working?
It’s perfectly fine with me even if it takes 2 weeks or a month or two to see the full results,but I need one immediately.
There are also various obstacles to overcome,since I almost never have the house to myself,but sooner or later there’ll come the day or night that I’ll be left home alone. -.0
