gspotorgasmStep 1 - see how much time I have

So that totals up to 9 hours! less 15 gives me six hours a day, I am tempted to cut the walking breaks out but I think they are important to stop me getting DVT or something from sitting at the desk all day, lol.

So that gives me 6 one hour time slots, hopefully once I get into the routine a little more time will make itself apparent…

So lets set goto and get out of bed times….got to get that good 9 hours sleep to recover, muscles are made in bed (while resting) not in the gym….

Alarm set 6 days a week to give me 30 mins warning about getting ready for bed….
so 9.00pm alarm
(to make sure I am in bed with a tea made and ready to read for 30 mins before sleep..at 10pm)
9.30pm a cup of green or chamomile tea with honey and reading in bed before lights out.
10pm lights out
9 hours sleep
7am alarm
30 minutes of chi gung including PC muscle flexing
40 minutes for yoga zone DVD.
30 minute meditation break.
5 minute body brushing
40 minutes to shower, ablutions and get dressed.
20 minutes for breakfast.

5 minute garden break.
60 minute work slot.
5 minute seated forward bend stretching break.
In bed with a tea made and ready to read for 30 mins before sleep..at 10pm

Thats enough for today, will see how much this needs adjusting tommorow…..and start to fill in the times…. 4 years ago

gspotorgasmI can do this....

OK. Lets do this….

15 hours a day of time available after 9 hours quality sleep.

Say 1 hour to shower, ablutions and get dressed and breakfast.

Alarm set 6 days a week to give me 30 mins warning about getting ready for bed.

45 minutes for lunch.
45 minutes for dinner.
Two 30 minute walking breaks twice a day.
Four 5 minute stretching breaks four times a day.
Two 30 minute meditation breaks twice a day.
10 minutes for daily 8-minute abs DVD.
30 minutes for daily pilates DVD.
40 minutes for yoga zone DVD.
30 minutes of chi gung including PC muscle flexing.
120 minute cardio and weights gym session, travel time included.
Four 5 minute garden breaks a day.
30 minutes for a cup of green or chamomile tea with honey and reading in bed before lights out.

shop for food once a week on a sunday.

NEXT:

Total up remaining time available.
Assign times to each activity.
Then work out and number the available work ‘blocks’ in the middle of all that stuff.
Include a fixed wake up and out of bed time and a go to bed to read time and a lights out time.
Draw this onto a sheet of paper, with the empty time slots then get it photocopied 30 times.
Make a list of all the things I need to get done, like online course, organising my computer files, working on my goals, decluttering….etc. 4 years ago
