I am already a vegetarian, so I must need to remove fish, pasta, bread, junk food, and pop… I have a plastic sweat suit now so let see if I can get this show on the roll. My plan is to fit into a size 6 with some room.

Long time no update.
I was about 5lbs short of this goal at the end of June. I’ll have it at the end of July.
Exams killed any working out I did for two weeks. I think I managed not to gain, but I definitely didn’t lose. Starting today, I’m back on a pretty strict regimen. I’m going to run 4 days a week and do weights and a light cardio routine on the other 3 days. I’m also going to look into buying a bike and cycling to work a couple days a week.
So, I’m down 6lbs from the original weight where i said i was going to start losing again. 14 lbs to go in a month and a half – that’s doable, right?
Work is not cooperating. I am working very long hours, and, as a result, having no time to cook for myself. I think I may buy a bike and start biking to work – I think it’d be about 45 minutes each way, which is about what i spend on the el.
I have gotten back onto Weight Watchers and am back on track with my weight loss plan. 20 lbs, here I come!
So I’m having trouble with this. It could just be that its the TOM, but I got on the scale and have actually gained a couple pounds since last week. I think I’m going to go back on weight watchers hardcore. I’ve always had good luck with it.
Today was not such a good day food-wise. I think stress from my job is starting to spill over into other areas of my life, and I’m acting out said stresses in other ways. I think I need to get the peanut butter out of the house – I love it, but it finds its way into WAY too many things.
