I have been making progress with this over the months. However, there is still a lot of work to be done until I complete this goal. I estimate it will take three more years to create the mass that I want to reach. Then I want to get below 5 percent body fat (which I could do before that point if time permits) and create more muscle density.

More visible gains in triceps, biceps and forearms this week. More gains in my abs too.
Hmm, this goal may take three to five more years. Getting to a low body fat percent is the easy and relatively quick part. Building muscle is the more gradual, tedious part if, like myself, you were not blessed with great genes.
Visible progress has been further made this week with forearms, biceps, triceps and also abs.
I have actually made some awesome gains in my forearms this week!
Forearms are getting bigger! :D
I’m soon going to order some more protein powder too!
Picture taken a few days ago. I take somewhat kindly to this photo, albeit I do still feel overall that my physique is mediocre in accord to my ideal.
I’m making progress. My arms are getting bigger; slowly, but surely. It’s awesome. I have actually made some amazing gains in forearms over the last few months. I wasn’t genetically endowed with a good musculature so I have to work harder and wait longer to create that, but it’s fine because I will and I am.
In accord to my ideal, I’m still too ‘fat’ and have not developed as much muscle yet as I want. I will work on getting to a low body fat percent when I have built more muscle (currently about 11 percent body fat).
My obliques are getting better. Ah, progress = happy Dom!
I am often sickened by not having my ideals currently actualised with all my goals, however that doesn’t mean I am not happy when I do make progress. Progress makes me feel mirthful and jubilant! And I am forever patient.
My abs do not always look like that as I was tensing them.
