gspotorgasmDay 2 -Breakfast

Well the snow is about 2 inches on the ground here, had a really bad nights sleep, woke up very tired and it is cold. I had a real craving for something hot, and quite fancied some meat for breakfast, with going to the gym yesterday and the temperature I did not beat myself up about this. I have also been thinking about having my biggest meal of the day first thing in the morning. So I had:

1 pack minced pork, broiled with yellow pepper, raw cos lettuce, half jar of white wine sauce, heavy dash of soy sauce, 1 pack of plain noodles, 9 water crackers. Made the sauce into kind of a pork soup then crumbled the crackers on top, was a really warming satisfying fulfilling meal, no regrets, reminded me of eating soup in the roundhouse at lunch after snowboarding in the morning….

still have some left over.

This was way less fat than broiled beef mince.

Glad I listened to myself about this, hope it does me well for the day, am still very tired, might have a short nap… 4 years ago

The 4 exception meals a week are: saturday evening and the 3 meals of sunday.

Today:

Breakfast: 1 bannana & 1 shot glass of bee pollen. I cup green tea & honey.

Lunch: 2 small apples & some pre-soaked pumpkin & sunflower seeds.

Dinner: 1 small head of broccoli steamed, the peeled broccoli stalk raw, a third of a yellow sweet pepper raw, some cos lettuce raw, 1 poached salmon fillet, soy sauce over all of it…

1 cup tea & honey

total confirmed water for today: 1.5 litres perhaps 2 litres…
