I tend to start a journal and then forget about it for a few months, at which point I start a new journal. While in NC I completely filled a journal for the first time. I felt such a sense of accomplishment. It may be silly, but it felt good to me. I have another now which is almost complete and I have several blank books waiting in the wings :)
