I did it! 6 months ago

I forced myself to get up and turn off the tv and lights and go lay down in bed. I did not get up when it felt like it was taking too long to go to sleep. I know that this sounds silly but it was hard to do. I am tired of passing out on the couch with the tv blaring and messing with my dreams every night!

I love how this site inspires me and reminds me of the things I’ve been thinking of doing for myself anyway. Lord knows that with the kids as well as MYSELF I need to work on a better nightly routine.
