LDH has a crush on a screech owl
my work hours have been moved back, but i tried to get up at the same time as normal and then have a half hour built in to read and think.
I want to start reading my bible daily and eventually read the entire bible. I’ll start with the New Testament.
hello fellow members, I haven’t been reading the bible like I’m suppose to. sometimes I want to, but, as a result, I just get lazy and just don’t. I need to get on the right track. I have to read it more. I want to learn about what the lord has done.
Just because I need to and it helps me stay centered and life in perspective…
I try to read my Bible regularly but unfortunately petty things always seem to get in the way. I definitely want to complete this goal and read my Bible regularly.

And used that time this morning. I’m going to leave it set early and see if I can continue.

I was up early this morning, and it’s my day off, so I decided I would actually do something about this goal instead of just letting it languish at the top of my list.
in 1 Timothy: Bodily training is of some value, but godliness is of value in every way…
It goes on to say that godliness is valuable in this life and the life to come (whereas I presume bodily training is probably only of much help in this life).
Which means I should probably have my nose in this book at least as often as I’m heading out to spin class.
I want to be reading it and learning from it every day like i used to, helped me so much in life, i’m not sure why i find reading it so difficult now, but I’d love to get back on track with it
While reading through the book of Genesis, I was reading the story of Babel and was wondering just how high they got the structure before the Lord confounded their languages and scattered them. Does anyone know?
