How I did it: i ran for 4:41:46 and then i stopped. seriiously it was the best marathon of my life. i trained and trained and trained and then in the end i just went out and did it. being with team in training was an amazing experience as well. Read how I did it… 2 years ago

it’s still low, but this week was an increase in miles for sure. i am doing good. i replaced my shoes yesterday and went up a full size which i think will really help my foot out. i am already noticing a difference 3 years ago
this week is the first week the mileage really ramps up on the tnt program. we go up to 13 this week…..3,3,3,4. still not a lot but a great test for my foot.
i am looking forward to getting up above an hour of running again soon in a few weeks. 3 years ago
