I’ve done a little since setting this goal and have decided to take my tapestry away with me.
We’ve hired the most beautiful thatched cottage in the middle of nowhere for the week after Xmas with two very good and lovely friends
(please snow,please snow,please snow).
While the four of us are sat around the roaring open fire I shall stitch away if the desire takes me and I am sober enough to do so!
How to complete my tapestry
How I did it:
Lessons & tips: Lessons learned....ALWAYS do this type needle work with a "ring" (ya know those things that hold your work stiff). I paid a lady $80 to stretch and starch this baby into shape and boy did it take her a long time and a lot of stretching.
do and learn:)

Well at least two years ago my hubbie bought me a lovely, modern tapestry by a Welsh artist.
I really want to get it completed and framed.
This goal also ties in with one of my other goals about using things that have already been purchased…
