Come up with goals with acheivable targets, not open-ended ones.

I realise that this is an open-ended thing to achieve, but I think that it’s important that I keep it at the top of my list. Previously one of my downfalls has been that I’ve had goals, but they’ve been vague either with respect to the actual goal, or the timescale I’ve (not) set for them.
