Exercise a minimum of three times a week.

I really need to start doing this because although I walk for about an hour in total each work day it’s clearly not enough for me. For this goal I’m going to start with 2 wiifit sessions and 1 exercise DVD session each week. I know that it’s no great shakes (especially the wiifit), but I have to start somewhere, and want to start realistically, so that I can achieve this goal, and increase the exercise that I do.
