there are plenty of ways to keep the monkey mind still. one of the ways i like to do is sitting on my fave carpet and looking for some nice pictures from magazines. I cut them out and pasted them in my hand-made diary. I felt the stillness and at rest when my fingers were tinted with glue and scrap paper scattered around in the carpet..
