    i need help 12 months ago

    there has been over 30 incidences of rape and murder in the past week. this includes nearly 20 university students, 3 of which live with me (they got away). i am very scared for my life and i just want to to learn the most effective and fastest way to defend myself if this was to happen to me.

    So I enrolled in a Tae Kwon Do class and we covered self-defense. I’ve never had to utilize what I learned in real life (which is good cuz that means I’ve never been attacked), but I’m a yellow belt now, yay!
