Clean my office

I want to (for at least one day) have my work office cleared out of all work. This has never happened for me, but I always think it would be cool to be able to sit back and realize you finished everything, even the small projects that you’ve been putting off for months.

I went on vacation for about a week, and came back to massive amounts of pee and poo in my office, thanks to my very unhappy kitty. Either she was mad that I was away for so long, or she was telling me to clean!

The office is better (had to shampoo the carpet) but still not complete. I suppose I’m much closer to marking this one done though!

I love my home office or the Man Cave as it’s known here. But every six months it become mind numbing at how cluttered it gets with all sorts of crap. Books, computers, guitars, junk, oye! As much as I hate the clutter, I hate cleaning even more. But I’ve got a new plan. I bought a kitchen timer. I set it on ten minutes and for the time, all I do is clean and arrange and but things back in place. I’ll see how this plan works. I’m going to do it only if I plan on spending any more than an hour in here. Here goes.

I woked on this yesterday, but still not finished. I know I’ll feel great once it’s done, but I feel like I’m wasting work hours to do it. And, who wants to clean an office on the weekend? sigh

Sorted everything in my office on Friday. Now I just need to find a home for everything instead of the neatly organized piles on my floor!

Getting a bigger office is out of the question, so I guess I should organize the one I’ve got! This may have to be an after work project…

i noticed for a long while i dared to look to the screen only! :-)
terrible mess has taken over my workplace. my drowers are unmentionable.
i started with visible paper that was covering all flat surfaces. much better.

While my office is pretty clean, I want to keep it clean on a consistent basis as well as keep up with all the stuff I have to do in a day

Oh for a paperless system! I am getting there slowly.
