99 pounds gone. When I keep 100 off for a month, I will consider this goal completed and move onto the next goal: joining the National Weight Control Registry which requires a year of weight maintaining.

I have lost 20 pounds since January and want to keep it off. Losing it was easy, keeping it off is going to suck.

Hey..I recently lost 20 pounds…I am 5’2 and 110 pounds. I am really happy with how I look now and I want to maintain this image. Unfortunatly, I find myself obsessing about the way that I eat and exercise. I went down to 100 pounds before the holidays and I felt waaay to skinny. After the holidays the 10 pounds returned. I really dont know how to maintain the weight without loosing too much or gaining it back. Does anyone have any advice on maintaining a given weight?? It would be great for some tips. Thanks!
I’ve lost over 225lbs. I never want to go back.
I’ve changed my habits and learned new patterns.
I’ve maintained my loss for 2 years and with the grace of god, I’ll keep this loss for the rest of my life.
I am so glad that I’m keeping the weight off and that my new eating habits are not hard to do. I’m starting to believe that staying thin is not too good to be true.
I lost 45 pounds and became an athlete at 41. Now I want more than anything to keep up with this great life I’ve learned how to have. Sofar so good, I’ve maintained for 6 months :)
