How I did it: Growing up in the UK it's always been my dream  driving across America. Even before I could drive. The feeling of total freedom and adventure fills me with great excitement. One day my life ended up like a bad 1950's film and it all came crashing down. I got dumped by my gf and then I lost my job. I felt like the whole world was against me and it was then I took inspiration from the film "Dumb and Dumber" and I thought "fuck it" I'm going to fulfill my dream and go on my road trip You know, I be like Caine in Kung Fu: walk from place to place, meet people, get into adventures, except I be driving.

I asked some friends to come along for the ride because I needed company and help paying for stuff like food and hotel.

We booked our flight rented a car and drove and drove and drove to anywhere we wanted to go. I made a film of our trip because we probably knew this be the last time we would ever do anything like this again. I loved every single minute of my adventure
