go to the ocean

I’ve never been to or even see the ocean so i want to go and swim and walk along the beach it sounds like it would be fun

It was amazing! We even had an easter shell hunt, haha. we also saw the easter bunny and jesus riding bikes on the board walk.

i feel like i’m missing out.

DH and I rented a mini van for the weekend, we took out the seats and loaded up for the beach. We drove to DE to the only drive in theater and saw Underdog and The Simpsons. What fun sitting in the back of the van, propted up on pillows watching a movie.
We also had picked up dinner before the movie and ate picnic style in the van.
Then it was off to Ocean City, we drove down through DE and into Ocean City. It was about 1AM when we got there and drove around for a while looking at all the drunk people trying to make their way home or to the next bar. Pretty funny.
We parked in a public pay parking lot, way in the back and bedded down for what was left of the night. Quiet, no disturbances. DH was a bit paranoid that we would get caught, as the sign said no overnight sleeping, but you have to live dangerously when you are on a shoestring. Heck it cost us $10 to park there! The van had tinted windows and we were on the floor in the back under blankets so no one was going to see us.
We got up about 6:30 and got swim suits and shorts on and brushed out teeth and went to breakfast.
Then we found a parking space off 3 Street and found our spot on the beach and stayed their all day, going between watching people, swimming and napping.
It was great and relaxing. We left about 3 when thunder started and they cleared the beach, didn’t know they did that. Then we headed home, stopped for dinner on the way.
It was great and didn’t cost us much at all. Would do it again!!

It has been almost 13 years since I have been to the ocean. I want to go again. It’s so beautiful. Seeing the sunrise on the ocean…There is nothing better. Period :)

I went to New York City and went under the Ocean in a tunnel. I also got to see the ocean when I was flying over it.
