I have been skipping days. I haven’t had a green smoothie in at least two days. I have had Green Vibrance powder instead.

Water
3 limes
1 handful of mint
sugar (shhhhhh!)
sea salt
ice cubes
I blended the mint, lime juice, water and ice cubes. I added sugar. Strained out leaves. Served in a tall glass with a salted rim….added a sprig of mint and a borage flower as a garnish.
Eating more kale salads instead. My stomach isn’t liking the change.
I had a not so green smoothie last night. It was super yummy.
2 bananas
almond milk
1 packet of VEGA (protein/ vitamin mix).
chocolate
4 ice cubes.
We split this and it was divine. It may be the reason I woke up at 4am thought (caffeine in the chocolate).
Hello! I am very full. For dinner I made a raw kale salad with olive oil, avocados, tomato, celtic sea salt and balsamic vinegarette. I was so delicious.
After dinner I made a smoothie as a treat. There were no greens in the smoothie since dinner was all greens!
Banana – Chocolate smoothie
2 cups almond milk
2 bananas
5 tablespoons chocolate powder
1 handful of walnuts.
Blend for 2 minutes.
This was SOOOOOOOOOOO YUMMY!!!
M. couldn’t even guess that there were walnuts in there..that’s how well the blender does it’s job.
1 small cucumber
1 handful dandelion greens
3 apples
Water.
It was good…the greens made it just a little bitter.
The dandelion is gone, now I have chard and kale left.
