    got a new book, Super Cleanse, and am thinking I’ll pick one out (there are 9 different cleanses) and go for it next week…......

    think i’ll either start with a one day or three day. maybe a five day??

    i bet this is something elizabeth merchant would do with me!!!!!!! hmmmmmmm.
