Since I last wrote about this (a year ago), I started working primarily the evening shift. This means I get off of work most of the time at 11. This makes having a bedtime pretty hard.
On work nights I’m trying to go to bed by 1am and wake up before noon. This sounds like it would be easy, but it’s really not. So this is the goal for now…maybe I’ll check back in a month? 3 years ago
