I really only new this book as it was mentioned in Billy Joel’s We Didn’t Start The Fire. I am not a fan of Science Fiction, but I must admit I enjoyed this book. The story is rather insightful. Although there have been several books and movies along the same theme, this on is rather well done.

If I’d have let it, it would have drastically changed my life at fourteen, when I first read it. It did change my life at 22 when I read it again. Since then, I’ve read it every two to three years (both the original, uncut edition, and the edition as originally published). A few more months and it will be time to read it again.

One of Heinlein’s classics, although not my all time favorite of his, but very good!
