I’m scrapping this goal as it’s too fixed for me, and going with “get enough sleep” instead. I’m trying now to shift my sleep pattern around go to bed earlier at night and get up earlier in the morning – this way I wake up naturally, so should be getting enough sleep. But sometimes I need to stay up late to work, so I really need to just be more aware of when I’m missing sleep and compensate the next night.

I slipped again, too many late nights… I seem to get into a vicious circle of being really tired, but not wanting to go to bed at 11, so ending up really tired again. Stops tonight, I need to be less tired in the day, so it’s back on track with this.

Not a bad week, most nights in bed by 11, with a couple drifting on to 11:30. Leaving this as an open goal to keep reminding me.

Managed to be in bed before 11:30pm for several nights to start with, but it’s slipped a bit of late. I’m going to be strict on this now and make it 11pm latest every night. Will report back in a week.
