Lady Stardust Today I am preparing for Christmas
I think I can say now that I’m eating healthier: after 40 days of salads, soy products and so on, I thought that on Easter I’ll eat tons, so that my body can compensate the last month. I was wrong, I’m still eating as healthy as possible.

Lady Stardust Today I am preparing for Christmas
Fasting helps a lot with this. One month of fasting and I’m still alive. I’ve survived on salad for a whole week, which is a progress for me. Usually I eat fast food products about once a week, although I know it’s not healthy. Now things have changed and I hope I will turn them into healthy eating habits.
I must admit that I’m not very happy, I miss the endorphines released after having a good meal or a milk chocolate… But I’ll get some balance in all this after the Easter.
