RomancilloStraigt from the basics!!

I cooked some sushi by myself last week, a very simple sushi recipe, some carb, cream cheese, and pikles, it wasn’t bad, the people who try it told me that the rice was a lot, and it didn’t taste to nothing (if anyone can help me in that issue I would be very gratefull!!), but, I think that it was no bad, having in mind that it’s my first sushi roll, of course, in the future I woild love to learn how to cook real traditional japanese food, but by now, I’m working in a sweet sushi recipe, with mango and cocunut. 5 years ago

Sashimi and sushi are great, but it can be hard to find really fresh ingredients. I cook ‘ofukuro no aji’, mother’s cooking.
If you’re interested in homestyle cooking, I recommend you read
