Stephen Covey has several audiobooks which are very useful. I just put them on and relax. I try to inculcate the concepts into my thoughts and actions. I am not all the way there yet but I am working on it!

i’m improving myself on getting things done on time and not leaving them till the last minute. also trying not to be too lazy and move my ass and get started!! the hardest improvement would be trying to keep my room tidy…i’ve been (kinda)trying for 10 years now..and boy, my room’s in a mess again,..i’m lazy to clean it..but..uhh…!! just gotta get it done!

the next improvement is on my mood. easily moody. nowadays i took no notice of things that could have bothered me. like traffic. or people cutting queues. or rude people. etc etc. its just no good getting pissed at things that doesnt really matter. now i notice that when i stop getting all the negative energy i have more time to focus on things that is important for my life. i havent done my best, but i’ve done good enough. i’ll keep trying:)

I need to learn to not let things get to me, to not always take things so serious. Be more happy then depressed. To not let people bring me down and hold me back from things. I need to think more positive thoughts and less negative. I need to think about my actions and what the consequences would be by doing those actions.
