I used the Wiifit to weigh in, but it was too close to when I had eaten and drank coffee, etc. I don’t think it was too precise. So, I will have to do it again.
I wish people would quit giving me tasty desserts… that has been my downfall lately. Other than that, I think my eating habits have been quite good. 4 years ago

I just decided to make this one a little more attainable, and then I can focus on the next few pounds. It has been a while since I’ve been under 195, so that’s why I chose that number. From there, it should be a breeze to get out of the 190’s.

I need to keep inspiring myself to keep up good habits. I also need to replace the batteries in the WiiFit board so I can use it and track my progress. I need to submit a monthly weigh in to my sisters, too! 4 years ago

I’ve been paying more attention to what/how much I eat. I lost 1 1/2 pounds so far. I really want to stay committed now. Not sure what my exact weight is right now, but my WiiFit is tracking my progress. I’ll post a weigh in soon. (like next week). I hope to accomplish this goal by Thanksgiving if not sooner!
Here’s my new approach- one step at a time I’m adopting the healthy habits we all know about, but let slide. And I think doing this as Fall is getting into full swing is somewhat genius (if I do say so myself!) because that’s when people usually do the worst, so I think by New Year’s I’ll get a boost in motivation, and when warm weather arrives- I hope I’ll get another boost, and hopefully will be a long way closer to my goals! 4 years ago

Used the WiiFit for 30 min yesterday, and I’ll use it for at least 30 tonight, too! I have to go get a snack before 9 pm, though. Our new rule is we don’t eat past 9. 4 years ago

Now I’m about 197.9… thank you Wii Fit!! So, ‘just’ 8 pounds left for this portion of the goal. I love using the Wii Fit, so I foresee some more progress in the coming days. 4 years ago

Well, I weigh about 199ish now! Yay to be out of the 200’s!!! I am no longer using my bathroom scale. I am thrilled to report we finally got a Wii and Wii Fit! I love using it, and the great and precise feedback it gives! 4 years ago
