I added to my journal yesterday and think I can get back into this habit. All I need to do is to remember to have the journal next to my bed, have a pen handy and to do it before I start reading. Once I start reading it leads to sleepiness which leads to “oh, I’ll do it tomorrow”.

I have finished 15 items in my gratitude journal. Having it at my bedside is working; also, setting the goal at 5 a day is reasonable and can be accomplished even if I am very tired and sleepy.
