    I have this mean little man in my head. I call him Vladimir. And he is REALLY mean, telling me all sorts of awful things about myself and everything I do.

    I want to take away his mic, or rip his throat out, or just learn to ignore him better. I’ve made a good start, but I still need work. Maybe some daily affirmation or something.
