How I did it: I didn't go all-out, partially because my hair is naturally "dirty blonde", but I got "heavy highlights." right now, it's lighter all over, but the more I do it, the lighter it'll be. My mom has done it for years and I finally decided to do it. Lessons & tips: Get it done professionally! I tried it on my own first and I ended up with terrible results!! I still had dark roots, my hair wasn't much lighter, and it was more red than I liked. If you've done your hair on your own before, go for it, but if you want to be almost certain it's done right, get it done! Resources: My mommy helped me decide and then I went to my hair dresser! : )

I have been bleached blonde (to some degree) since I was in high school. I cannot wait to get the hell out of the Sinai (for numerous reasons) and fix my hair! My hair color is horrible and I need my stylist!

already highlighted my hair twice, it is blonde but not as blonde i want it to be so with regular intervals ( 2 months) i’ll keep going til im happy with the colour. my next visit is tomorrow, wish me luck!

. . .would be one word that describes my experience.
I’ve rocked virgin black tresses throughout my whole life. My mom totally dismissed the idea of dying my hair. At first, I’d stifle my desire to do so by cutting my hair drastically. But alas, it was a temporary solution to an enduring problem.
Honestly, I couldn’t imagine myself blonde. So, I had to see for myself what I’d look like. All in all, it was a very exhilarating experience. Yay for curiosity!

My nature hair color is very dark brown, I first dyed my hair when I was 13 I got blond highlights then since then I went, Black, Brown, Red. Then for 2 years I kept my hair growing for its natural color before I started going lighter brown, hazel brown then to blonde. But I never seemed to get the blonde I always wanted so I went and colored it Blue black. I am regreting so as it will take me ages to go blonde again. I have reddish very fair skin tone and orange blonde was a wrong color I need ice white blonde. One day I want to get this right..
