I just realized that all my previous work has been lost. Oh, no! I had my PAF on our old computer, which no longer works. This means I’ll have to start from the beginning (and remember to keep a separate copy of my work on a flashdrive). It’s going to be harder to get motivated to start over… 4 years ago

3 hours adding names, dates, etc to my PAF. I’m now up to 108 individuals. This does feel like a daunting task. It may take months or years. For now, I just want to fill in what info I already have. Later I’ll deal with filling in blanks.

I did sort my geneology research into folders by family. I’ve got a Van Winkle folder, Shortess folder, Nystrom folder, Olsson folder, Bergqvist folder and Städe folder. I think I’ll start with the Van Winkle folder or Shortess folder next time. 4 years ago
