Had a lovely dinner party tonight. Made a hot and sour soup, main course of soy-ginger salmon with braised baby bok choy and white rice. Washed it all down with some Sapporo beers. Yum.

I’ve been invited to quite a few parties since I’ve moved to Los Angeles two years ago, and have not yet reciprocated in many cases. And plus, hosting parties is fun!
I’m planning two at the moment—one for work buddies and one bridal shower for a friend. I think if I can do both of those and one additional fun/friends/drinking party by the end of the spring, I’ll check this goal off as done :)
