The sales are rolling… and today 4th June 09 I walked from home to the office which is a very long distance away to test the fact that it can be done and I’m not that bad about walking.

In return I got a burst of pride and ma feet are done in as well as ma legs but I know its good 4me ; )

I’ll just find a better way of excercising in future atleast I tested my stamina this way.

133 calls two sales – Me Happy ; )

Got a blood test to check for Iron levels etc

Got an ECG to check my ticker

Got a chest xray to check for lungs

and I’m good to go he! he!

Did 133 Calls yesterday too so ‘Pat on the back for Meeee’

and doin more calls today ; )

I know I’ve said this before…

It is written that the day you learn something new is the day you can change something so make that the ‘Start Date’.

I have learned this weekend what One can achieve when one sets their mind to it… If Simon can … So can I.

So I’m gonna follow this new sentence of Simple Simon Says…

So My well being … ie Health & Wealth both need to be URGENTLY sorted out.

TODAY: Started with vitamin supplements at breakfast including Banting Vegetal Essance and slimming tea too.

For MY WEALTH: Starting my Spidey and Health Supp business with ‘FIRE IN MY BELLY’ I wanna get free of all financial worries.

To ALL who are reading this… I went to a house warming party yesterday at a very wealthy friends house and the BIGGEST DILEMMA they had is that their ‘Bentley’ and their ‘Rolls Royce Phantom’ would not ‘Fit’ into their triple garage he! he! he!

What an Awsome lifestyle to have !!!

I realised today that all my goals are related to me losing weight…

It’s amazing but true – image, money, vitality, fitness and ability are all related to me moving in Action and being with it – this can only happen with me losing some excess pounds so I’ve decided to make this priority for Feburary 09.
