Stop taking Valium.

For the last week or so I have not taken any Valium and have fallen asleep at a reasonable hour. I still have it for those nights we all have when you just can’t shut your mind off, but my dependence is definitely gone!

Down to 1/2 of what I was!!! (2.5 mg)
