eat breakfast out once a month

Month one achieved. OMG I can’t believe how long it’s been since I went to breakfast. A year, two maybe. Anyway, a friend and I went to Elmers this past Sunday and she had the biggest pancake I’ve ever seen! Me? yummmm..biscuits and gravy, bacon, hash browns and eggs. (burp, excuse me) We didn’t have to do any cooking (all those pans) and we didn’t have to do any cleanup. It was leisurely and fun and we chatted the time away. AND, (drumroll please) SHE suggested we do it EVERY month on the last Sunday of the month.
