I can’t figure out if I don’t network because I don’t know how, find it a burden, or am just plain lazy. I really don’t think I know how, I just see people who I have to do some work with and when the work is done I see them no more. Or I am friends with a person for a little while and then I just don’t call anymore. What is that about?

Because of my lacking in this skill, i truly believe that i’ve missed out on some pretty good stuff and some cool opportunities. My main problem: following up. My biggest hangup: believing people actually want me to follow up with them (or not caring if they don’t). Nothing to lose.
