Taking a long lunch meant working later, & then choosing to take a nap after getting off work later meant no chance to join the meditation group tonight (but I think that walking in the park at lunch time should count as “Walking Meditation” grin). 1 day ago

Tonight after work I went home & took a nap rather than joining the meditation group (I was so tired that I couldn’t remain awake during the quiet periods of sitting: wonder if my body is fighting off some germ?). 4 weeks ago
