Really wanted to see this when I learned that Laura Dern and Mark Ruffalo were in this. Laura Dern is just awesome and Mark Ruffalo is just hot. Anyway, really liked it. It really portrays marriages realistically. I mean, a marriage is not 100% peachy. There are fights, there are affairs (I know not in every marriage), there is sex, jealousy, confusion, love, boredom, and a whole mess of other ingredients. Anyway, there’s all of that in this movie too. And in the end, you kind of feel sorry for all of them. None of them are perfect. Really reminded me of Revolutionary Road in a way, with the husband being so discontent with life, and the wife, standing by the sides watching it all fall apart. But not in a pathetic kind of way, more so in a strong but helpless sort of way.

Gabie picked this one out. I loved it just as much as he did. Funny, sweet and silly.

107. This Is It
My mom and I saw this last night. We both thought it was good, however she thought it was dry in parts, as it just was about preparing for this concert tour that was not to be. Regardless, I recommend this documentary movie to any Michael Jackson fan, or anyone fond of his music.

Funny, entertaining and witty. Although I was not a huge fan of Biel’s acting.
