When you are feeling tired, a cold shower can wake you up. This works even in wintertime.
How I did it: I identified 15 likely causes for a bad mood (7 physical and 8 mental), and ranked them on a list so that ones that are more obvious to detect are in the front of the list. For each item, I also included a list of possible treatments.
Seems like a basic exercise but an important one anyway. I suppose I'll be expanding the list when I progress with its use.
