Not so much because of the money itself but what I could get with it!

My goal is to build my way to the top using what I have. Talent, passion, ambition, perseverance, family, friends, and love are the tools I need. I love beautiful things and it’s a shame that some of the things I connect with are too expensive. I just want to be able to do whatever I want whenever I want, but in this world we have created, money is a key ingredient. I could live just as happily minimally, but I gotta test out the good life. Money’s honestly just more than paper to me, so I just wanna get rich, help our environment out, help other people out, create beautiful things, and see where the wind will take me, all with money in the bank.

I don’t want to be rich simply to be rich, I want to able to afford to do everything that I want. I want to be able to design and build my own house, without having to change everything and make compromises because I can’t afford what I want. I want to be able to travel all over the world before I get too old to enjoy it. I want to be able to pay off all my college debt, which going to med school will really put me in debt. I want to pay my parents back for all the money they are putting towards my education, and to just thank them for being so amazing. I want to buy my dad a cigar boat just because I always said I would so he could go over to Milwaukee and visit his family whenever he wanted. I want to help pay for my brother’s college as well because one is going into pharmacy, also a long expensive process. I want to be able to afford pets, and to go to all the operas and plays that I possibly can. I want to be able to donate to causes that I believe in. I want to be able to pay for gas so I can drive to work, or visit family and friends or simply just go for a drive, in the summer with the windows down, singing along with a great song on the radio, I love that feeling.
Melanie says I should be a trophy wife, so if there’s anyone out there reading this and can step up, let me know! lol Otherwise I am going to continue on my attempt at being a Doctor.

I don’t care what anyone else says…money does make you happy. I mean granted, you need to have a good foundation to work on…in other words, some love in your life is a good start, but truly, money makes everything easier. I would love to be rich and have enough money to buy all the expensive clothes, shoes and purses I want…I get so excited just thinking about it!! But how boring would it be if we didn’t dream?

Right now I have close to nothing. I mean, I have a trust fund that my dad set up for me and that is definitely nice to have in the back of my mind you know, “just in case” but I don’t consider that mine really because I’ve never seen it, never touched it and don’t want to either…I just want to have that as the ultimate fall-back. So other than that…I don’t have any money at all…I don’t have a job, I’m a student, my boyfriend’s a student, we’re both poor and our parents are paying for our college education so I can’t afford to splash out on anything really!

I’m not complaining but I do dream that in the future I’ll make a ton of money and be able to afford all the shallow, material things I want…ha!

I have no idea how I’m going to do this

Everyone could use a little more money, or a lot. As they say “money makes the world go around”. They also say money cant buy you happiness but i say it can. If going somewhere hot for the winter would make you happy, well all you need is a little money to get you there. I also think that money can buy you love. If a very rich man were to take me somewhere really fancy for dinner then buy me a very expensive gift i would say “wow, i really like this guy because he is generous.” then i would go on another date with him, and then another, and if it turns out that i fall in love with because i have got to know him and found other grate traits he has. But money would have been what started my interest in him and lead me to love him. I think you can be happy without money though and many people are. But having a little money never hurt anyone.

But at the moment not realistic because I have so much debt and so little money.
