Watch "What the Bleep Do We Know?"

A friend of mine had just gotten it from Netflix when I came to visit, so we watched it the next day. Quite thought provoking, but the end of the movie got a little tedious. What I’d really like to do is read the book!

I would be the last person, anywhere, to deny that what we know of reality is nothing compared to what we don’t know. However, I resent this movie’s use of intelllectual trickery and sleight-of-hand to represent this marvelous mystery – the truth should (and does!) stand on its own! Why degrade it with silly computer graphics, supposition masquerading as legitimate “research” and persistent evasion about the actual credibility of many of the people interviewed? If you think this film was a documentary, think again – and do a little honestly skeptical research.

But it was a bit boring.

I’ll probably have to watch it again. It was facinating, but it was introducing way too many abstact concepts all at once.

This movie will actually make you dumber. By all means, watch it, but understand that it’s a work of fiction and its conclusions have no basis in physics.

When I saw this movie I was at my friend Kat’s house and usually when she rents a movie I get pretty excited because she rents really trippy movies. I wouldn’t encourage this. It’s a good movie in all but, it moves really slow wich causes you to start looking at your fingers or thinking about the next day. It doesn’t get the point across very well, and towards the middle I was starting to fall asleep. Maybe I was expecting for something really good because I was at Kat’s, but I doubt it…

some people think is trash some other think is great….whatever ur thoughts for this movie are, it will make u think, and if it makes u think , the movie has reached it’s goal…...Open ur mind….
