...and it was, hands-down, the best weekend of my life. Hate driving there, but love exploring the place. Nightlife was really cool—went to an excellent pool hall in Allston and had a great night!

One day wasn’t enough for this historical city.
Loved every minute of Boston. Even after two months I still take time out of my day to think about the trip. And that is important for the memories when you do a solo adventure trip.
Fenway Park made me a believer. Stumbling upon Cheers when I was famished was a giggle. Mt. Auburn Cemetery beats Pere Lachaise. El Caminos with flames painted on the side exist there. And I even bought a scarf much like the ugly sweater Robin Williams wore in Good Will Hunting.
Now, I want to go back to Boston.
I’m really going to Boston.
I have booked planes, trains, accommodations. I also got myself a student card, a guide book, and I’m trying to get booked into the MIT lab tour (2 week wait list). I even have a lecture picked out.
I’ve never been this prepared for a vacation before.
Maybe I’ve never needed a vacation this much before.
