    I am finally moving to Lakewood- not in an entirely old house,but into an area with lots of cool old houses AND a lake nearby to run around. I’m soooo excited. It’s the closest thing I can come to as far as moving to Austin is concerned. Lakewood is like “Mini Austin”!

    Hi,
    I live in a house that was built in around 1898. It is an old monastary and it is 3 floors high. It is nice but whats the point. Old houses have bad isolation, all these hidden problems, old technology for EVERYTHING…unless you blow a few hundred thousand bucks on them.

    The next place I live in will be new as possible.
