Dec- So far, I’ve made a list of people to contact, I finished my new financial plan and budget. I’m moving country to make sure I can meet my financial goals on time. (I’m leaving in 16 days… ah!)
Jan- I need to make my final estimation of how much extra money I will need (ex: insurance, mortgage rates “hidden fees” lawyer, inspectors, notary, management company, taxes etc… lots of extra costs) Meet my financial goal of the month. 4 years ago
I recently said I wanted to buy 12 apartments but I’ve been looking at bigger buildings hmm.. 24 apartment units building! :D
I need, want and live for this! I buy this in a year or a year 1/2 from now and it would be more then a DREAM come true!
On top of that I would have 27 apartment before the age of 25! that would be sooooooo AWESOME! 4 years ago
I want to buy to have 25 apartments by the age of 25! I will do everything in my power to make this goal a reality! I’m 22 now, I already have 3 apartments that I bought when I was 21, one year ago the first of October.
This year I found out how hard it is to be a landlord and I learned A lot. I’m very grateful and happy I went true this I wouldn’t change a thing! I just met up Monday with a management company, they will now manage my triplex starting November 24th. I did this because I need to be able to accomplish my goal and this will help because I will have more time to work and seek out opportunity’s that I wouldn’t have if I had to watch my building all the time and live there.
My next step this coming year (2009) I want to buy 12 apartments I know its a big goal and a lot of money but I’m fully confident I can make it, faith is on my side.
This is how I’m going to go about this, I’m going to contact my real estate agent and ask him to start sending me any info on any building that will come on the market starting Jan first until the end of fall. I will either buy this spring or in autumn. I wont rush anything, I will find out how much in taxes, mortgage interest and any other cost I should expect this building is going to cost me and how much my other building is costing me and see what I can afford and what I want to be able to afford. Once I know what I want I am going to work my ass off to make the money I need and Until I have every single penny to make it, I will not stop nor back down! 4 years ago
