buy a property

I owned a property and sold in 6 years ago and want to get back on the property market, by Spring 2009. At the moment just saving to get the deposit and to wait to see if the propery market falls even more.

what a nightmare, i hve been looking since Octber last year and still haven’t been able to find something in my budget to suit requirements, I am beginning to think this is a lost cause…arghhhhhh
help!!!!
I am going to continune on in search and hopefully i will find something asap before I give up all together.

It’s going to be a long time b4 I can do this one. So I’ll put it off for a while.

Started out by going through where we spend a little too much without thinking. Cut back a little, but mostly its been annoying things like before school care. Saves money, but now I’m finding it difficult to keep my gym time up.
