I think the sauna is a big enough part of my routine that I can take it off my 43 things list. I go for 15 minutes at 175F twice a week, generally after doing weights at the Y. Great for relaxation, great as the fall weather approaches.

Sauna is a fabulous way to relax and get out all those toxins that you put in your body throughout the day. My mother came from Finland, so I have been going to Sauna since before I can remember.

At my gym. I used it yesterday, and probably will today. I think I can safely say that every time I go to the gym, I’ll use it. I did think it odd that there was a newspaper in there though.
But now I go to the sauna at least once a month. Great for the pores and I really feel like I’m detoxing when I hit the water and blueberry/pom juice afterwards. Can’t wait until it cools off as this will be an even more enticing treat!
I decided I wouldn’t ever rent an apartment without one! :) Been a good one to keep, too – I’ve been enjoying the löylys very frequently ever since. And of course, when I am traveling, I tend to find and go to places where there are saunas..

I think when I join a gym, I’m going to make sure that it’s got a sauna.
for the first time in years. I feel really great this morning and my skin is super soft. It also really helped with the massage I got right afterwards!
I’m going to try to start going once every two weeks!
I know, that it is good for me. I find my time out and I find the power for the next days.
Wäre es nicht so kostenintensiv, so würde ich gern öfter in die Sauna gehen. Es ist meine Chance, mir eine Auszeit zu gönnen und den Kopf frei zu kriegen.
