It took me 9 months to write at least one entry about each of my goals…I really believe that this reinforces commitment to the goal, and I find it really interesting to see lots of people here on 43 things who have plenty of goals with no entries. It makes me wonder if they are really commited to achieving their goals. Maybe it’s just a significant step for me?!?

and I’ve written at least one entrie for all but 4 of them. This should be an easy goal to accomplish within the next 30 days!

But I still have 17 goals that have zero entries written about them. Does this mean I’m not taking those goals seriously? One could make that arguement and they probably wouldn’t be too far off.

The first step
I think that writing an entry for each of my goals may be the first step to completion of each of them. Then I can do more than just read the goal over and over…I can track and monitor my progress towards completion.

Once I had the time to sit down and actually think about it.

If I have listed things as goals then it follows that I should have something to say about them right? Right now it is more about making the time and since I am home sick today I have no excuse to not get through as many of these as I can. (Writing while under the influence of meds can lead to incoherent rants… but that is what is so great about Editing!)

Complete that is, until the next time I go on a massive goal-adding rampage.

I’m unintentionally saving the hardest to write for entries for last. Although when I get to them, they might very well be easy.
I’m just thankful this is “write an entry for every goal” and not “complete every goal”. That would be impossible.
